SephoraRGM Assortment Business Analyst

- Define the overall assortment strategy for European countries in alignment with Sephora's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, supply chain, and IT to design the future European assortment strategy.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to optimize assortment by store and customer clusters.
- Develop guidelines for the web-only assortment strategy considering online customer behavior and market demand.
- Analyze and evaluate strategies for specific product categories such as fragrance, makeup, skincare, and haircare.
- Work with the Merchandising PMO to develop tools for optimizing assortment processes.
- Track and analyze assortment performance metrics and generate reports for merchandising teams.
- Degree in Engineering or Business Economics
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in retail merchandising or RGM environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in the retail industry.
