1. Define and optimize the overall assortment strategy for European countries, aligning with Sephora's strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, supply chain, and IT to design future European assortment strategies.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis to optimize assortment by store and customer clusters, using data-driven insights.
4. Develop guidelines for web-only assortment strategies, considering online customer behavior and market demand.
5. Analyze and evaluate category strategies for product lines such as fragrance, makeup, skincare, and haircare.
6. Collaborate with the Merchandising PMO to oversee the development of tools to optimize assortment processes.
7. Monitor and report on assortment performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

1. Degree in Engineering or Business Economics.
2. Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in retail merchandising or RGM.

2. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Attention to detail and focus on accuracy.

Minimum of 2 years in a business analyst or similar analytical role, preferably within the retail or RGM sector.

Degree in Engineering or Business Economics.
