- Design and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profit margins.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Offer, Retail, Sales, and Finance teams to align efforts with revenue objectives.
- Lead promotional planning and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Develop data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.
- Analyze promotional impact, elasticities, and profitability by category or channel.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as revenue growth, profit margins, and channel performance.
- Prepare revenue forecasts and conduct scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Create reports and analyses to identify optimization opportunities and continuous improvement.
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar (preferred).
- Previous experience in strategic analysis, revenue management, or pricing.
- Familiarity with data analysis, forecasting, and profitability models.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills in top management environments.
- Excellent relational skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resilience to work in highly dynamic environments.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar (preferred).
