Sephora Revenue Growth Manager

- Define and implement local Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and pricing strategies.
- Analyze beauty market trends and competitor pricing to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Ensure brand and product prices are competitive and aligned with margin goals.
- Collaborate on P&L analyses for brand and product-specific initiatives.
- Develop promotional strategies tailored to different channels and customer groups to meet commercial and gross margin objectives.
- Formulate recommendations and action plans for discount strategies and manage their performance and ROI.
- Optimize shelf allocations by brand and category through performance and profitability analysis.
- Evaluate brand assortment performance in terms of turnover, profitability, and depreciation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from diverse data sources.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in international sales environments.
4-6+ years of experience in finance, sales, or analytics, preferably within the consumer goods industry. Prior experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), or Pricing and Promotion Analysis (PPA) is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
