Sephora Revenue Growth Manager

1. Define local Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and pricing strategy.
2. Analyze beauty market trends and competitors to develop competitive pricing strategies.
3. Ensure competitive brand/product pricing to secure margin rates.
4. Collaborate on P&L for brand/product-specific actions to analyze offer feasibility.
5. Define promotional strategies per channel and customer group to achieve commercial and gross margin targets.
6. Develop recommendations and action plans on discounts and manage their performance and ROI.
7. Optimize shelf allocations by brand through performance and profitability analysis.
8. Analyze brand assortments' performance in terms of turnover, profitability, and depreciation.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar required
2. 4-6+ years of experience in finance, sales, or analytics, preferably in the consumer goods industry
3. Prior experience in RGM/NRM or PPA is a plus

1. Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover insights from multiple sources
2. Advanced problem-solving and analytic capabilities
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
4. Experience within international sales

4-6+ years of experience in finance, sales, or analytics, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar required.
