Sephora Retention Marketing Intern

- Assist in the execution of email campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Support the delivery of client-centric, personalized campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the Retention Marketing Operations team to ensure flawless execution of emails, including content, linking, and tracking.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client engagement across email, SMS, and app push notifications.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives, including the establishment of new campaign categories.
- Conduct competitive marketplace analysis to stay abreast of retention and industry trends.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or Communications, with junior or senior standing.
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Strong familiarity with retention marketing channels, including email, mobile messaging, and direct mail.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights and conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with retention marketing channels is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
