1. Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance skill development and leadership capabilities.
2. Deliver behavior-focused trainings on leadership development, client service, and selling techniques to support business initiatives.
3. Provide expert-level facilitation through interactive activities, scenario-based applications, and peer collaboration.
4. Customize training content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.
5. Conduct planning meetings with district managers to align training strategies with market needs.
6. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, and budget management.

1. 3+ years of exempt-level store leadership experience or higher.
2. Proven ability to effectively train and facilitate across various audience types and sizes.

1. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
2. Ability to collaborate and build partnerships at all organizational levels.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in virtual training platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and logistics simultaneously.

3+ years of exempt-level store leadership experience or higher, with a strong background in training and facilitation.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $117,990.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
