Sephora Retail Training Manager

1. Execute the retail training strategy by facilitating learning interventions in-store, classroom, and virtual settings.
2. Drive client engagement, selling & service, and operational excellence through effective training execution.
3. Observe and coach store leadership teams to ensure quality and consistency across all stores.
4. Support and execute New Store Opening (NSO) training and coaching.
5. Act as a subject matter expert on store-facing training materials and initiatives.
6. Conduct gap analysis to identify training program strengths and areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with senior management to develop future learning interventions.

1. 2-4 years of experience in the cosmetic/beauty industry or equivalent education.
2. Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent work experience.
3. Ability to travel across Canada 40-50% of the time.

1. Expertise in delivering training interventions both in-person and virtually.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
4. Advanced knowledge of makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
5. Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

2-4 years in the cosmetic/beauty industry or equivalent education.

Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent work experience.

The compensation range for this position is $71,900 - $86,000, including bonus potential and RRSP matching.
