Sephora Retail Training Manager

- Execute the retail training strategy by facilitating learning interventions in-store, classroom, and virtual settings.
- Drive client engagement, selling & service, and operational excellence through effective training execution.
- Observe and coach store leadership teams to ensure quality and consistency across all stores.
- Support and execute New Store Opening (NSO) training and coaching.
- Act as a subject matter expert on store-facing training materials and initiatives.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify training program strengths and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop future learning interventions.
- 2-4 years of experience in the cosmetic/beauty industry or equivalent education.
- Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel across Canada 40-50% of the time.
- Expertise in delivering training interventions both in-person and virtually.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Advanced knowledge of makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
2-4 years in the cosmetic/beauty industry or equivalent education.
Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent work experience.
The compensation range for this position is $71,900 - $86,000, including bonus potential and RRSP matching.
