- Design and deliver a comprehensive annual training calendar aligned with regional strategy and UK priorities.
- Manage all aspects of training across onboarding, client experience, product knowledge, and leadership development.
- Coordinate classroom-based and digital learning, as well as in-store coaching and follow-up.
- Track performance metrics and report on training effectiveness to senior leaders.
- Ensure seamless coordination with brand partners on training activity and expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact between the UK and wider European training community.
- Maintain and optimize digital learning platforms and content for ease of use across store teams.
- Coach and develop the UK Retail Training Specialist to support long-term talent development.
- Strong background in learning and development, ideally within a retail, beauty, or service-driven environment.
- Experience designing and implementing training programmes across multiple locations.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling and engagement.
- Familiarity with modern learning techniques including digital learning tools and coaching frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Passion for retail, team development, and client experience.
- Values-driven approach, with a genuine interest in building inclusive, people-first cultures.
Experience in learning and development, preferably within retail, beauty, or service-driven environments.
