1. Design and implement in-store and omnichannel client service programs.
2. Develop and promote Turkey-specific community initiatives aligned with EME and local programs.
3. Coordinate training and development at various levels (1-2-3) within the country.
4. Ensure adherence to country-specific criteria as defined by SU EME and Local HR.
5. Identify and address local training needs, ensuring alignment with EME strategies.
6. Coordinate and report on KPIs for axe services and community roles.
7. Analyze monthly usage and results of My SU, Attensi, and Omni Service tools.
8. Enhance team development to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
3. Experience in skincare is beneficial.
4. Proven experience in team management is essential.

2. Strong analytical and coordination skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
