1. Develop and execute training programs for sales and customer service teams in stores to enhance performance and customer experience.
2. Analyze training needs, create educational materials, and deliver both in-person and online training sessions.
3. Monitor training outcomes and propose improvements.
4. Create strategic educational plans to achieve company goals for stores.
5. Produce educational content for the e-learning platform, including scripting and recording.
6. Support Sephora's training multipliers in achieving their goals and design training for this audience.
7. Create content and scripts for the Education Instagram and participate in front of the camera.
8. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure training consistency and effectiveness.
9. Manage the educational calendar and liaise with partners.
10. Negotiate with suppliers.

1. Experience focused on commercial training with in-store visits.
2. Ability to read targets, understand service models, and create training plans by category.

1. Proficiency in training and development methodologies, such as andragogy.
2. Strong organizational and planning skills, including logistics and materials management.
3. Data analysis skills to evaluate training impact.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. English language proficiency is desirable.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
