Sephora Retail Trainer

- Deliver comprehensive retail training modules both in-class and digitally.
- Support the creation and updating of training materials for onboarding, Sephora Attitude, omnichannel, cashier training, and other retail-related programs.
- Lead onboarding initiatives in collaboration with HR and store management, including digital onboarding and induction training.
- Develop training materials for key retail events such as Ramadan and Festive seasons.
- Monitor knowledge growth and retention following training sessions.
- Review client feedback, mystery shopping, and Love Meter data to identify improvement areas and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support retail project implementation and store-level needs.
- Provide coaching and support at the store level, including on-the-floor coaching and performance assessments.
- Visit flagship stores weekly and other regional stores biannually to assess needs and support store teams.
- Support beauty trainers during their annual assessments of store teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Sephora in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in delivering training and supporting learning and education projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Agility and flexibility in managing diverse projects and business partners.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Creative thinking and self-motivation to work independently.
- Understanding of business needs and adaptability to requirements.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management position within Sephora, with a strong background in retail and training delivery.
