- Oversee the financial and operational management of stores within the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of sales and KPI targets.
- Support, coach, and develop store teams to implement retail plans and exceed performance objectives.
- Ensure exceptional retail and operational standards across all Sephora stores in the designated area.
- Drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of Store Managers and their teams.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to store teams, aligning with the company's vision.
- Monitor and report on performance KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's operational policies and procedures.
- Optimize store operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain Sephora's merchandising standards and support key product launches.
- Develop and execute people development plans in collaboration with training and education teams.
- Lead by example in fostering a customer-centric service culture.
- Monitor market and customer trends, providing insights to the Offer and Marketing Team.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, operations, and/or services within the beauty or retail industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the beauty industry and current market trends.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity.
- High achievement drive and motivation.
- Ability to lead change and work collaboratively.
- Customer-focused mindset.
