1. Lead the annual budget planning and forecasting processes for the Retail department, ensuring financial resources align with strategic initiatives.
2. Serve as the subject matter expert on financial matters within the Retail department, including OpEx and CapEx budgets and expense reconciliation.
3. Collaborate with Finance to review and analyze the Retail P&L, developing action plans to mitigate financial risks and optimize performance.
4. Oversee cross-functional planning and development of the annual division budget, including proposals for increased headcount, operational expenses, and capital expenditures.
5. Design and implement a budget operating model, including internal control policies and procedures.
6. Manage departmental expense activities, including creating purchase requisitions and orders, reconciling invoices, and tracking budget allocations.
7. Support month-end close processes through variance analysis and preparation of accruals.
8. Produce monthly financial reports and develop executive reporting dashboards.
9. Analyze emerging budget trends and communicate insights to senior leadership.
10. Maintain awareness of retail industry financial trends and relay updates to senior leadership.

1. 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
2. 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
3. Demonstrated expertise in developing and monitoring annual budgets.
4. Experience delivering presentations to senior management.
5. General knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and activity-based accounting methods.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, macros, pivot tables, and lookups.
2. Experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred.
3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in financial planning and analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $151,810.00 - $169,670.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
