1. Act as the primary liaison between Sephora and Kohl’s retail teams to implement strategic initiatives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless execution of retail strategies.
3. Design and optimize retail processes for the Sephora at Kohl’s environment.
4. Support strategy development for growth initiatives and lead pilot programs.
5. Oversee training strategy and execution, ensuring high engagement and relevance.
6. Facilitate key retail meetings and coordinate executive store visits.
7. Provide executive updates summarizing retail performance and initiatives.

1. 5+ years of experience in consumer retail and corporate environments.
2. Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
3. Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility with a constructive approach to challenges.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
2. High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to create actionable project plans.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Ability to influence and lead within peer groups and cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 5 years in consumer retail and corporate environments is required.

The annual base salary ranges from $96,000 to $162,000, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
