Sephora Retail Strategy Manager

- Act as the primary liaison between Sephora and Kohl’s retail teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless execution of retail strategies.
- Design and optimize retail processes for the Sephora at Kohl’s environment.
- Support strategy development for growth initiatives and lead pilot programs.
- Oversee training strategy and execution, ensuring high engagement and relevance.
- Facilitate key retail meetings and coordinate executive store visits.
- Provide executive updates summarizing retail performance and initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer retail and corporate environments.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility with a constructive approach to challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to create actionable project plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to influence and lead within peer groups and cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5 years in consumer retail and corporate environments is required.
The annual base salary ranges from $96,000 to $162,000, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
