Sephora Retail Store Supervisor

- Maintain optimal store staffing levels to ensure exceptional client experiences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, communicating effectively with staff and headquarters.
- Utilize client service reporting and floor observations to assess service levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Review customer buying behaviors and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate exemplary client service and leadership standards on the sales floor.
- Train, develop, and supervise team members to enhance their leadership and business skills.
- Provide timely recognition for successes and constructive feedback on areas for improvement.
- Motivate staff to meet store goals and adhere to company policies.
- Manage and control inventory levels throughout the store.
- Ensure key product launches and initiatives are fully supported.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Support cashiers with urgent issues such as customer complaints, exchanges, refunds, and queue management.
- At least 3 years of solid supervisory experience in retail stores.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Responsibility and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in retail environments is required.
