1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support Managers in developing the store's commercial and HR strategy.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
8. Train new hires and guide their professional development.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.

1. Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management.
2. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.

Minimum of 3-4 years in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
