1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale and team, ensuring optimal performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales results.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and foster a passionate beauty-focused team environment.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail, preferably within the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent customer service abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics experience.
