1. Manage the retail floor, overseeing one or more of the four key product categories: make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support managerial activities, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in alignment with merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with management.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and proficiency in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
2. High aptitude for team management, guiding teams towards objectives and fostering a collaborative spirit.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.

A minimum of 3-4 years in analogous roles within dynamic multinational retail settings.
