1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, or Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support the development and execution of the store's commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
8. Train and mentor new hires, supporting their professional growth in collaboration with Managers.
9. Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization, fostering a collaborative environment.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor, preferably in a multinational retail environment.
2. Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and budget management.
3. Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, collaborative team spirit.
