1. Oversee the designated sales floor, managing one or more of the four key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees, guiding their growth and development in collaboration with management.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Proficiency in managing key retail KPIs and confidence in budget management and daily reporting.
2. Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire towards achieving objectives.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.

A minimum of 3-4 years in analogous positions within dynamic multinational retail settings.
