- Oversee the designated sales floor, managing one or more of the four key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central services.
- Train and mentor new employees, guiding their growth and development in collaboration with management.
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Proficiency in managing key retail KPIs and confidence in budget management and daily reporting.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire towards achieving objectives.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.
A minimum of 3-4 years in analogous positions within dynamic multinational retail settings.
