1. Oversee the designated sales floor, managing one or more of the four product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to the strategic planning of the store's commercial and HR activities.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating staff to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory levels in accordance with restocking cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central services.
8. Train new employees and guide them in their professional development in collaboration with management.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Proficiency in managing key performance indicators and budget handling.
2. Strong team management skills, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced setting.

3-4 years of relevant experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
