1. Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support managerial activities and contribute to the store's commercial and HR strategy.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to drive performance.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees in collaboration with management.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Proficiency in managing key retail KPIs and budget handling.
2. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate towards achieving objectives.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient character.

3-4 years in similar roles within multinational retail environments.
