1. Oversee the designated sales floor, managing one or more of the store's key product categories such as make-up, skincare, fragrances, and the Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including events, new product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central services.
8. Train new employees and guide them in their professional growth in collaboration with management.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Proficiency in managing key retail KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
2. Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient with a strong orientation towards results.

A minimum of 3-4 years in roles akin to Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, ideally within dynamic multinational retail settings.
