1. Oversee the management of the sales floor, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support management in daily operations, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with management.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Proficiency in managing key retail KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
2. Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire towards achieving objectives.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient disposition.

At least 3-4 years in analogous positions within dynamic multinational retail settings.
