1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale in Ourense, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales results.
3. Collaborate with a passionate team of beauty experts to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Contribute to the overall retail expansion strategy.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
3. Proficiency in KPI management.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics.
