1. Oversee the floor management across one or more product categories, including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support managerial activities by contributing to the strategic planning of commercial and HR initiatives within the store.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to drive performance and achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in alignment with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies, including pricing, promotions, and communication.
8. Train and mentor new employees in collaboration with management.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Proficient understanding of key retail KPIs and budget management.
2. Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving objectives.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient with a proactive approach.

3-4 years of relevant experience in retail management roles.
