- Manage the sales floor across one or more of the four key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors.
- Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to commercial and HR strategy development.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating team members to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
- Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with managers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in a dynamic multinational retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and budget management.
- Proficiency in daily analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional team management skills, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented team spirit.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.
Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably within multinational retail environments.
