1. Manage the sales floor across one or more of the four key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors.
3. Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to commercial and HR strategy development.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating team members to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with managers.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in a dynamic multinational retail environment.

1. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and budget management.
2. Proficiency in daily analysis and reporting.
3. Exceptional team management skills, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented team spirit.
4. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient nature.
