- Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support managers in daily operations, contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
- Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
- Train and guide new hires in collaboration with managers.
- Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and budget analysis.
- Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills for KPI monitoring and reporting.
- Organizational skills for managing stock and coordinating activities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably within a multinational environment.
