1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support managers in daily operations, contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and new product launches.
6. Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
8. Train and guide new hires in collaboration with managers.
9. Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization, fostering a collaborative environment.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
2. Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and budget analysis.
3. Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives.
