Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, or Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in daily operations, contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategy development.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, new product launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central departments.
- Train new hires and guide them through their development path in collaboration with Managers.
- Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and proficiency in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
- Proven ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
- Demonstrated dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on KPIs.
- Ability to manage stockroom operations effectively.
- Capability to implement company procedures and policies.
Minimum of 3-4 years in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
