1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, or Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support Managers in daily operations, contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategy development.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, new product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as established by central departments.
8. Train new hires and guide them through their development path in collaboration with Managers.
9. Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
2. Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and proficiency in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
3. Proven ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
4. Demonstrated dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
