1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale and team in Madrid, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and beauty consultation.
4. Maintain a high standard of store presentation and product merchandising.
5. Participate in the expansion and strategic growth initiatives of the retail project.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.
3. Retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
