1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale in Madrid, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
2. Develop and implement strategic action plans to enhance sales performance.
3. Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beauty industry to provide expert advice to clients.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in managing sales KPIs.
3. Experience in the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage.
