1. Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee store operations with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results.
3. Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance and customer engagement.
4. Foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages professional growth.
5. Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop strategic plans.
4. Proficiency in English and additional languages is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in retail team management, with a preference for experience in the cosmetics industry.
