1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale and team in Madrid with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Develop and implement action plans to directly impact sales results.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment for clients.
4. Collaborate with a passionate team of beauty and customer service experts.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
4. Ability to develop and execute strategic action plans.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics experience.
