1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of industry trends and innovations.

1. Minimum of one year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail, preferably within the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Analytical skills for KPI management.
4. Proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.

A minimum of one year in a team management role within the retail sector, with a preference for experience in cosmetics.
