1. Lead and manage the retail team in Granada, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Oversee and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance and achieve sales targets.
4. Foster a dynamic and engaging customer experience in-store.
5. Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and product knowledge.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven ability to manage sales KPIs effectively.
3. Retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
