1. Manage the sales floor across multiple product categories including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support managerial staff in daily operations and contribute to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to drive performance and achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in line with merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees in collaboration with management.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Strong understanding of key retail KPIs and experience in budget management and daily reporting.
2. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving objectives.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient with a strong team spirit.

3-4 years in a similar retail role, preferably in a multinational environment.
