1. Oversee and manage the sales floor across multiple product categories including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisors.
3. Support managerial activities, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, driving the team to achieve set goals.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees in collaboration with management.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and budget management.
2. Proficiency in daily analysis and reporting.
3. Exceptional team management skills with a focus on achieving objectives and fostering team spirit.
4. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.

3-4 years in similar roles within dynamic multinational retail environments.
