1. Manage the sales floor across various product categories including make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support managerial staff in daily operations, contributing to commercial and HR strategy development.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to drive results.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels in line with merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies set by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees in collaboration with management.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Proficiency in KPI management and budget handling.
2. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate towards achieving goals.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient personality.

A minimum of 3-4 years in analogous roles within dynamic multinational retail settings.
