Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories such as make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
- Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to the store's commercial and HR strategy.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs to achieve results.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
- Train new employees and support their growth and development in collaboration with Managers.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
- Experience in dynamic multinational retail environments.
Skills
- Knowledge of key retail KPIs.
- Confidence in budget management and daily analysis and reporting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to guide teams towards objectives.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient.
Experience Requirements
3-4 years in similar roles within dynamic multinational retail environments.
