Sephora Retail Specialist

1. Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories such as make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to the store's commercial and HR strategy.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to achieve results.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
8. Train new employees and support their growth and development in collaboration with Managers.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
2. Experience in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Knowledge of key retail KPIs.
2. Confidence in budget management and daily analysis and reporting.
3. Strong team management skills with the ability to guide teams towards objectives.
4. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient.

3-4 years in similar roles within dynamic multinational retail environments.
