1. Oversee and manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrances, or Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the team of Beauty Advisors.
3. Support managers in daily operations, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies for the store.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including events, new product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with managers.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

1. Strong understanding of key retail KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
2. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving goals.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and resilient with a strong orientation towards results and proactivity.

3-4 years in retail management roles, preferably within multinational environments.
