1. Manage the sales floor across key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support Managers in developing the store's commercial and HR strategy.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to motivate and achieve results.
5. Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Manage stockroom operations and maintain optimal stock levels.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
8. Train new hires and guide them in their professional development.
9. Build and maintain relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within multinational retail environments.
2. Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management.
3. Proven ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative team spirit.
