Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, or Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support store management in developing and executing commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, motivating the team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
- Train and mentor new hires, supporting their professional development in collaboration with managers.
- Build and maintain open, trusting relationships with diverse groups within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, ideally within a dynamic, multinational retail environment.
- Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs, budgeting, analysis, and daily reporting.
- Proven ability to lead a team, guiding them towards objectives while fostering a positive team spirit.
- Demonstrated dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and reporting.
- Organizational skills for coordinating activities and managing stockrooms.
Minimum of 3-4 years in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
