Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories such as make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support managers in daily activities and contribute to commercial and HR strategy development.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs to achieve results.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and adhere to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
- Train new employees and support their growth and development in collaboration with managers.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
- Experience in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key retail KPIs and confidence in budget management and daily reporting.

Experience Requirements
