Sephora Retail Specialist

1. Manage the sales floor across one or more product categories such as make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support managers in daily activities and contribute to commercial and HR strategy development.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs to achieve results.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and adhere to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
8. Train new employees and support their growth and development in collaboration with managers.

1. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder.
2. Experience in dynamic multinational retail environments.
3. Knowledge of key retail KPIs and confidence in budget management and daily reporting.

3-4 years in similar roles within dynamic multinational retail environments.
