1. Manage the sales floor, overseeing one or more product categories such as make-up, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisors to ensure seamless operations.
3. Support managerial activities, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities including events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
6. Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels in line with merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
8. Train and mentor new employees, supporting their growth and development in collaboration with management.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
2. Proficiency in managing key retail KPIs, budgeting, and daily reporting.
3. Strong team management skills, with a focus on guiding teams towards achieving goals and fostering team spirit.
