1. Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sephora's product offerings.
5. Foster a dynamic and inclusive store environment.

1. Minimum of 1 year of team management experience.
2. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.
3. Retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
