1. Lead and manage the retail team at the Barcelona location, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop and implement effective action plans.
3. Foster a dynamic and engaging retail environment that aligns with Sephora's brand values.
4. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and personalized beauty experiences.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management within the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Proven ability to manage sales KPIs and drive results.
