1. Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.
3. Experience in the retail sector, preferably in cosmetics.
4. Valuable proficiency in English and/or other languages.

At least 1 year of experience in managing retail teams, with a focus on cosmetics preferred.
