1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale and team in Denia, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Foster a dynamic and engaging customer service environment.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

1. Minimum of one year of experience in team management.
2. Proven experience in retail, preferably within the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in KPI management.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

A minimum of one year in a retail management role, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
