- Define the vision for the Retail Product across the Sephora network.
- Construct and prioritize the product backlog.
- Draft User Stories in collaboration with the agile team.
- Define digital KPIs and usage targets with Business Owners and evaluate their success.
- Plan and prepare sprints in alignment with the digital roadmap priorities.
- Coordinate developers, experts, and testers in collaboration with IT teams.
- Participate in agile rituals such as Daily, Grooming, Sprint Planning, and Demo sessions.
- Qualify and distribute necessary functional adjustments and bug fixes.
- Define acceptance criteria for each User Story and validate the quality of delivery.
- Propose enhancements for the Retail Product vision with the Product Manager and other Product Owners.
- Assist Business Owners in defining, clarifying, and prioritizing their needs.
- Promote the features of Sephora's Core Model.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a Retail Project environment, including at least 3 years as a Product Owner.
- Proficiency in English due to the international context of the role.
- Strong understanding of Retail challenges and holistic view of store processes such as Checkout, Pricing, Inventory Management, Operations, and Reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Retail technologies including Point of Sale (POS), labelling, and mobile applications.
- High sensitivity to digital business and capability to work on new international projects.
- Autonomy, methodical approach, and rigor.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex, high-visibility projects.
- Mastery of agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
A minimum of 5 years in project management within a Retail Project environment, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
