1. Support the execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and product launches across all store locations.
2. Communicate operational updates, policies, and best practices to store managers and associates.
3. Control communication from all departments to the retail teams via the INSIDE platform to ensure efficient understanding and adherence to deadlines and standards.
4. Monitor store performance metrics such as sales, foot traffic, and conversion rates, and identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Support training, tools, and resources to enhance store staff productivity and customer service.
6. Assist with store opening, relocation, and renovation projects as needed.
7. Troubleshoot store issues and provide solutions in coordination with internal teams.
8. Maintain updated documentation for processes, training manuals, and operational guidelines.
