1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of retail KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities.
2. Automate and analyze retail KPIs to enhance sales and conversion rates.
3. Develop automated analysis tools using existing dashboards.
4. Create and implement store productivity tools in collaboration with store teams.
5. Assist in developing an optimized staff scheduling system considering peak hours and task assignments.
6. Collaborate closely with Store Management Team and Stockroom Specialists to enhance store efficiency.

1. Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VBA.
4. Self-initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
