Sephora Retail Network Project Manager

- Manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects including store openings, relocations, and renovations.
- Support site evaluation and lease negotiations for new store locations.
- Oversee project design, construction, and final handover processes.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's Design Book and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and landlords.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of products and supplies.
- Organize store implementation in collaboration with the Retail team and HQ support.
- Foster collaboration across departments including Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, or project management.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in budget planning, management, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the DENS hub.
- Hands-on mentality with effective prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Problem-solving abilities and resource allocation expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, or project management.
