Sephora Retail Network Project Manager

1. Manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects including store openings, relocations, and renovations.
2. Support site evaluation and lease negotiations for new store locations.
3. Oversee project design, construction, and final handover processes.
4. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
5. Ensure compliance with Sephora's Design Book and quality standards.
6. Conduct regular site visits to ensure project alignment and progress.
7. Facilitate communication with stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and landlords.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of products and supplies.
9. Organize store implementation in collaboration with the Retail team and HQ support.
10. Foster collaboration across departments including Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, or project management.
2. Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
3. Experience in budget planning, management, and reporting.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to travel frequently within the DENS hub.

2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
4. Problem-solving abilities and resource allocation expertise.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
6. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
