Retail Network Project Manager

1. Manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects such as openings, relocations, renovations, or other brick-and-mortar driven projects.
2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Oversee all aspects from design to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Foster collaboration between departments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Ensure excellent execution in stores through periodic travel within the DENS region.

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, project management, or architectural experience (or equivalent).
2. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
3. Profound experience in budget planning, management, and reporting.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Capability to coordinate diverse teams across different departments.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
