SephoraRetail Network Project Manager

- Manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects such as openings, relocations, renovations, or other brick-and-mortar driven projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee all aspects from design to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Foster collaboration between departments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent execution in stores through periodic travel within the DENS region.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, project management, or architectural experience (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Profound experience in budget planning, management, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to coordinate diverse teams across different departments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
