1. Manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects including store openings, relocations, and renovations.
2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Oversee all project phases from design to final handover, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
4. Foster collaboration between departments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Ensure excellent execution in stores through periodic travel within the DENS region.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, project management, or architecture.
2. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
3. Proven experience in budget planning, management, and reporting.

1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Capability to coordinate diverse teams across different departments.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail expansion, real estate development, project management, or architectural roles.
